Privacy Notice

Lytify Operations Dashboard is a private internal application used only by authorized personnel to operate our own Amazon AU store. This notice explains how the application uses Amazon Advertising API and Amazon Selling Partner API information.
Information We Access
The application may access store and advertising performance information, including:
- Sponsored Products campaign, keyword, targeting, search term, spend, sales, orders, ROAS, and ACOS data.
- Amazon sales, traffic, listing, search query, search catalog, and inventory-related reports.
- OAuth tokens and API credentials required to connect to Amazon systems.
How We Use Information
We use Amazon information only for internal reporting and decision support. The dashboard helps us monitor advertising efficiency, identify wasted spend, review keyword performance, compare advertising results with sales and traffic data, and support manual budget, keyword, listing, and inventory decisions.
No Buyer PII
The application is not designed to collect, store, or process Amazon buyer personally identifiable information. It is not used to contact buyers, solicit reviews, process payments, or generate tax invoices.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, publish, or share Amazon information with external third parties for marketing, resale, advertising, or analytics purposes. Cloudflare is used only as our infrastructure provider to host the private dashboard, run the API, store dashboard data, and store application secrets.
Storage and Security
Dashboard data is stored in Cloudflare KV, and secrets are stored in Cloudflare Worker Secrets. Access is limited to authorized personnel with a business need. Information is transmitted over HTTPS, and credentials are not hard-coded into public frontend files.
Retention
Amazon information is retained only as long as needed for internal store operations, reporting, auditing, and troubleshooting. If access is no longer required, related credentials and stored data may be removed.
